It’s a place to raise a family, to feel comfortable, a place to rest your head at the end of each day. Southern Affordable Services, Inc. (“S.A.S, Inc.”) believes that every individual deserves an affordable home that supports independence and advancement in their lives.


Southern Affordable Services, Inc., a Winter Park-based provider of affordable housing, was created in 2009 to strengthen and grow the non-profit housing community in Florida. S.A.S., Inc. promotes the proven methods of the non-profit sector and focuses government policy on housing solutions for lower income people who suffer disproportionately from the housing crisis. By utilizing the best practices from the for-profit community, S.A.S., Inc. is able to provide housing that anyone would be proud to call “home”. S.A.S., Inc. supports the production, preservation and management of affordable, quality housing. We are proud to make a positive impact on the communities we serve by providing housing for the formerly homeless, disabled, seniors on fixed incomes, and working class families.
